A guide to
SEN support at the Federation of Spixworth Schools
Welcome to our SEND page which is part of the Norfolk Local Offer for learners with Special Education Needs (SEN). You can view the Norfolk Local Offer here. The Local Offer website can help you find information on support in education, find a support network and find guidance amongst many other things!
I am your SENDCO – Mrs Heallen Payne
I am also Head of School for Woodland View Junior School
I work with pupils, parents/carers, staff and outside agencies to support pupils who need help with communication and interaction; cognition and learning; social, emotional and mental health; sensory and/or physical needs.
Our School Information Report is updated annually and describes our approach to supporting learners with additional needs. The Woodland View Information Report has been produced by all members of the school community including school staff, pupils, parents/carers, and governors. Our Information Report complies with Section 69 of the Children and Families Act 2014. We welcome any feedback on this document.
All governing bodies of maintained schools and maintained nursery schools have a legal duty to publish information on their website about the implementation of the governing body’s policy for pupils with SEN. This information is updated annually:
